Extract Value Separated by Comma

I have one excel file with duplicate ID Numbers in one column. I need to match it with another excel file where all ID numbers are unique. I need the matching ID Numbers value separated by commas.

Example.

Excel 1
ID Text
01 apple
03 apple
03 orange
10 orange
09 orange
03 grapes
01 grapes

Excel 2
ID Text
01 apple,grapes
03 apple,orange,grapes
09 orange
10 orange
