need help pulling a cell that meets multiple Criteria

ok so I am trying to automate an invoice sheet, and the trouble i have has to do with equipment. If on my equipment list Cell A is description Column B is duration, and C is charge, how do i get my cover sheet to pull column c that meets that criteria?

    =LOOKUP(2,1/((INVOICE!A:A="description")*(INVOICE!B:B="charge")),INVOICE!C:C)

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

It's difficult to tell by your attachment how you wish the Equipment tab data to autofill into the Invoice tab, since all of the entries are unique.

Are you trying to build a form that allows someone to select these items and bill them out?

i can get that part done at a later date, i am trying to prevent hard keying errors, that seem to plague the invoices.

Hi, you have 3 rates, a daily, weekly, and monthly. How do we know which to pull?
I need to know exactly what you picture is happening.

In the Invoice worksheet, the user types the equipment type under description yes?
And then what, do quantity and duration affect rate? Are they numbers? Is rate the daily, weekly, monthly? Or is this type?

This is me guessing what you want but I have no idea. See attached.
