    Hello and thank you for the quick reply. I'd not thought of the Match function actually, I'll have a look at using it.

    I should have been more detailed in my query as well. There are no user forms on the spreadsheet - the term 'form' was used in reference to the 5 former spreadsheets (forms) used for jobs. The way the contacts currently sit are just in 5 Excel Tables and as you say, the contacts are specific to each table.

    Initially, I just did a simple '=' function so that a cell just mirrored one from the table, but this does not allow situations where an extra row may be added or cells be merged.
