    Conditional Formatting with Icon Sets

Hi, I have just discovered Icon Sets in Conditional Formatting area, brilliant!
Works well, I understand it, but for some reason, all of my 100% cells have nothing applied, even though the rule says 'O when value is >= 80 percent'

I'm not sure if that is the case ;-).
Because the formatting responds to relative values not absolute values.

The formatting with icons works that way, that the icon is applied if the cell value is higher than 80% of the range of all values.

So if your values are in say range A1:A100, then icon is applied to all cells with a value higher than
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    min(A1:A100)+0.8*(max(A1:A100)-min(A1:A100))
    Best Regards,

    Kaper

The formula was to describe how formatting (the one you applied and I understood that you used what is shown on yoyr screenshot) works. Not to use it in the formatting.

But to make long story short - see my screenshot how it should look like - use number (not percent) as type.
Then in Value you can type in percent, but it will be automaticaly changed to fraction. So if you type in 80% it will be displayed as 0.8.

edit: Of course I have not reversed icon order but you know how to do it.
