Formula to copy text from multiple rows in a column to one merged cell

I need a formula that lets me copy text from a range of cells into either one merged cell or preferably as a list. Someone writes in list format the following:-
    A B C
    2 Name Reading Writing
    3 Laurell 11 8
    4 Amaris 11 9
    5 Paige 11 10
    6 Miia 10 8

I need to have A3:A5 (all getting 11 into one group). I have attached a spreadsheet which i hope will help.

Thanks to anyone who can help.
