(This is just a portion of the list how my report looks when exported to excel. Report contains multiple customers and ordered items.)
*Every TRAY1-T (single species) through TRAY6-T (multiple species) and “kits”= BFLYDRY-T will have a list below them of what species are included in their Potted Plant Tray.
*Every other order is highlighted
- I need to be able to group orders by ORDER NUMBER or CUSTOMER NAME, see what and how much they ordered
1. How can I filter this list so I can see which species are in TRAY6-T, TRAY5-T, etc… and the QTY ordered
Example of how the finished product should explain:
a. Customers that ordered the type of tray (TRAY6-T for example)
- CUSTOMER 2
- CUSTOMER 4
- CUSTOMER 5
b. Species that were chosen by those customers and the quantity ordered:
- “for all the TRAY1-T orders, show a list of all TRAY1-T orders and their ‘components’(species in kit)”
-----Finally – I guess what I am asking is “How can I tell excel to count each TYPE of tray (TRAY1-T for example) OR (BFLY-DRY for example) and list species below it with the QTY ordered.
---How can I link TRAY3-T link with 3 cells below and their quantities?
How can I link cells together? Example : If cell contains "TRAY1-T" then grab 1 cell below and its qty. If cell contains "TRAY3-T" then link 3 cells below and its qty.
I want to be able to see how many "TRAY1-T" where ordered and what items came with it. (The "TRAY" is an item and the example = HEL02F-T is the items component)
