Another way, also entered as an array formula. This assumes your dates will always be in the mm/dd/yyyy format:

I think we are closer. Although this does what I need it too I can't get it to work on columns N through Z. I am not sure how this formula works but Columns N through Z are also Different tasks that are labeled on row 1 and when I copy the formula it just shows the Set Forms String.
I think I made this more confusing by not posting the actual workbook. I have attached sample workbook 2 for your review. I enter in the data in range O2:AX2 through a user form that I created. I need the range BG2:BS2 to retrieve the information related to the column heading with the latest date. I appreciate your time and I apologize if I made this more confusing.
