Averaging out Days and Hours when formatted to text due to formula

    Hello!

I'm hoping someone can help me. I found the formula I am using from one of the posts on this site, and it gets me results I am looking for, but now I need to average everything out. I am not able to do so because the way the formula formats the cells. Is there another formula I can use that gets me the same results and lets me average everything out?

I need a formula that only includes hours worked 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday.

    Please see attached.
