My formula sumif/indirect formula is working perfect..except everything is 1 row off!

I have two worksheets, each with a table of the same employees in it. On worksheet #1(monthly) I have a formula (monthly tab, column G) that looks up an employee number on the other sheet #2(ActiveWorkDays) and pulls over the value in the corresponding table column that is indexed in another field. Everything is pulling over and changing correctly, but I have 31 employees on both tables and im only getting 30 values to pull over? Basically, its ignoring the first guy in the table and starts to pull over data for the second guy in the table. No matter where I paste the formula, it does this. I'm completely at a loss. Can anyone figure this out..its probably the simplest thing in the world.
