    Formulas for Counting cells if they're RED and CONTAIN "X"

    So I have created this worksheet and it's color coded by red and white rows. Depending on the column, some red cells will be marked with an "X". Basically if the cell is RED and it contains an X, I need it to be counted...I've provided a generic file for assistance.
