    Formula to create a trend based on series of data

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to create a trend chart in percentage based on series of data below, as there is a 7% decrease between June 2015 and Oct 2014
    Appreciate your help to have a formula in each cell to show a change and plot a chart

    -7%

    17/04/2015 245
    02/04/2015 232
    18/03/2015 255

    To see long time trens - use a trendline for all your data.
    It is of course decreasing.
    But local changes can be opposite - like in last period from May 2nd to June 1st there was 17% increase!

    I hope that I understand what you want. I have included a couple of charts and hopefully one of them is the one you are looking for. I also assume that the dates shown in the original post work on your system. There are two formulas, the first is the % of original:

    in formatting the trendline check "display trend equation on the plot"
