Pulling information from one tab to another

Hi

I have learner data showing exam results in one tab. I'm trying to pull the top 5 results (along with the learner's name and other details) into another tab. As I go through the year the top 5 results will change and I want the tab that has these pulled into to update by itself.

Is this possible?
