Cool Formula to make row cut and paste to another worksheet if specific value is greater than 0

I need a formula that will cut and paste a row of information from "sheet 1" within a workbook to "sheet 2" within the same workbook if a certain value within the row of "sheet 1" is equal to or greater than 0
