I am attempting to refine some processes and need assistance. I originally posted this in late September, to which "LeoTaxi" provided a macro that worked perfectly when the pages were in the same document. But, when I try to write the macro for it to work with two different workbooks, the curser spins but, when it stops the cells are still blank. Admittedly, I am more versed with formulas than macros.
Repeat from Sep 29: "The attached document contains two worksheets. The first contains an excerpt of a company’s data relating to product deficiencies. The second contains the update of investigative activity on those deficiencies. Working with the historical data I am trying to develop a formula that will match columns A, C, L, and M with the same columns in the AUG Update. Once exact match is made I then want to populate the Historical data, columns N through T, with information found on the AUG Update."
I have attached the two separate workbooks. I would prefer a formula but will work with a macro - as my deadline is quickly approaching.
Any ideas? Thank You!!
