How do you return value that matches both a cell in sheet1 and a cell in sheet 2.

Imagine the cells for column C in sheet 2 are blank. What would be the formula to return the correct result baring in mind that the data may not be sorted the same on sheet 2?
The description is a little muddy--I think you want to fill in column C of Sheet2 by finding a match for April and Max on sheet1, for example.
This can be done with an array formula. Enter this formula in Sheet2, C3:
