INDEX FORMULA, Help needed

Hi everyone,

so im trying to create an orderingstystem for a friend of mine. Im mainly using the INDEX Formular to display data.

So basically i have a customerfile which reports to the file "Kundenbestellung". You can see the formular which has been created when you click on the cells. Now i want to connect "Kundenbestellung" with "Herstellerbestellung".
When in "Kundenbestellung" a Producer (Hersteller) in picked, i want certain information like the last name, Article, Size etc. to be automatically added in the file "Herstellerbestellung".

So far, i was not very succesful Can somebody please help me?

You need to provide some additional info about your desired results, or update the files you uploaded to show your desired outcomes. For example, please provide the specific cells where you want information to be automatically populated. Provide a specific example of the what content you want in a specific cell and where that information came from.

Im sorry my explaination wasnt clear enough, i tried to explain it more through these pictures.
