I have to assign a resource to an item with a constraints of operation and diameter range

    book 1.xls

In the attached excel I have 2 sheets. In one sheet the details of operation, resource, minimum and maximum dia are given. In second sheet I have item, dia and operation. Now I want to find out which items can be processed on which resource(s). For this I want the operation to match and then the dia in the second sheet should be between the min and max dia of the resource in first sheet. The thing is that one item can be processed on multiple resources if they meet the conditions.

If anyone can help me out on this, it would be great help to me.
