Pro rata from lookup

Hi

I am doing a pricing matrix for work, with the first page being data validations that look up the price from a set of chosen criterior.

I am doing this using SUMIFS and I have it working,

However, if I wanted a price for a qty that falls within the prices on the ratecard sheet, I need the costs to pro rata.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
