    Grouping Dates into Days and times into Groups

    Hi,

    I'm trying to do some analysis of when we get most call outs - currently I get the date and time in separate columns. Is there a way to group the dates into the days of the week they occur and group the times into Morning, afternoon, evening & night ?

    I've attached a sample of the data I currently get.

    try Pivot table.

    (Right click on pivot table -> Refresh to convert words into your language)

    Forgot to say: change start day period in formula in F column.
    for example 12/24 means 12:00.. If you want 13:00 change it to 13/24.
