Can a formula be amended so it will increment one element in the formula when dragged?

    Hi Guys

I have a transaction register worksheet
    Column B has a range B13 : B2500
    B13 has the formula - =IF(H13>0,C$13,0)
This specific formula needs to apply to range B13:B19 and does so when dragged i.e. H13 increments by 1 when dragged
However, the C reference remains the same regardless of how far you drag the formula in column B

What I need, if possible, is an amended formula that will auto increment the C reference by 7, every 8th row when dragged i.e.:
    C$13 would apply to B13:B19
    C$20 would apply to B20:B26
    C$27 would apply to B27:B33
    C$34 would apply to B34:B40
    etc
    etc

Would appreciate any help on resolving this thanks

    Cheers

Paste this formula in B13 and copy down.
