    Help calculating OT

Total Hrs Worked Reg Hrs Overtime
    45 40 5
    35 35 (what formula for this) 0

I have the OT column figured out but how do I get the Regular Hrs Column to give me 40 if there is overtime but the actual number if there is no OT or the number is under 40?

    Thanks!

    Regular Hours

    =MIN(Total Hours Worked,40)

    OT

Total Hours worked - Regular Hours
