I am struggling to get my head around this.
I am trying to make an search function in an excel spreadsheet.
I want a user to input a skill category and a level of experience into two separate cells. I want the output to be the total number of people who have experience at that level for that skill category.
A bonus would then be to list the names of those people afterwards.
The search boxes are to look like this:

And the database to look like this:
Untitled 1.jpg
Any help would be appreciated.
