Drop down dynamic search field displaying repeat choices from a unique list?

I've got a tool I built in excel - you type in a job you want to look up in the field, say Tax Analyst. The search bar shows all jobs that include the word Tax Analyst, i.e. Tax Analyst 1, Tax Analyst 2...etc all the way up to 6.

In this case, all I want is for it to return 6 entries total. However, its actually returning those 6 plus the rest of my data sheet as blank entries, PLUS repeat entries (got about 1000 rows of data here - all unique). So, my search results are gigantic and i don't want users to have this kind of mess.

Please look at my excel file for details. Type in Tax Analyst into the search bar and you'll see what i mean when you scroll down the drop down list using the down arrow.

Can anyone help me fix this?
