hi guys

i have this formula
=COUNTIFS(TEAMS!C:C,B2,TEAMS!B:B,">7/8/2015",TEAMS!B:B,">20/7/2016")

which should return the answer of 3 but is returning the answer 0 and im not sure why

it should count the occurences of cell b2 in teams c:c between the two dates shown
if anyone could correct this id appreciate it
