My work scenario is :
Working Hours : 10:00 to 18:00
Work Days : 6 Days ( But Second and Third Saturday of months are Holidays)
So if a ticket arrived on 11-Sep-2015 04:00 PM and Resolved at 14-Sep-2015 11:00 AM
Result should be : 2+0+0+1= 3:00 Hours
2 Hours (Working Day 16:00-18:00)
0 Hours (Second Saturday)
0 Hours (Sunday)
1 Hour ( Monday 10:00-11:00)
But if ticket would have arrived on 04-Sep-2015 04:00 PM and closed on 07-Sep-2015 11:00 AM
Result should be : 2+8+0+1 = 11:00 Hours
2 Hours (Working Day 16:00-18:00)
8 Hours (First Saturday)
0 Hours (Sunday)
1 Hour ( Monday 10:00-11:00)
Excel sheet scenario is :
Start Date : $F$5
End Date : $I$5
Holidays : Data!$E$3:$E$67 (All second and third Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays are mentioned in this list)
Please help me with this.
