I recommend using this formula... =SUMIFS('sheet 2'!B:B,'sheet 2'!$C:$C,'sheet 1'!B4,'sheet 2'!$A:$A,"potential")+SUMIFS('sheet 2'!B:B,'sheet 2'!$C:$C,'sheet 1'!B4,'sheet 2'!$A:$A,"quote sent")

The braces { } contain the values to be matched.![]()
I4: =SUM(SUMIF('sheet 2'!A2:A34,{"potential","quote sent"},'sheet 2'!B2:B34))
Adjust range references to suit your situation.
