    Invoice sale, purchase and stock details problem

    Please help me to create datasheet for invoice, sale, purchase and stock details
    I have attached excel sheet so please check and solve my problem
    i have written my problem on excel
    please see and help me.

    How is tax calculated? Same value for all items?

    You can't decrease the stock in Sheet2 column E by subtracting the quantity entered in Sheet1: you will need VBA to do this as an EXcelformula can not refer to itself i.e. in E2 this is not allowed =E2-Sheet1!D2 (Circular Reference).
