Creating an If then statement between sheets

So I have multiple sheets in different documents. I need to compare id numbers in column A sheet 1 to all the cells in column B sheet 2. When the match is found copy cell from the same row different column in sheet 2, to sheet one. I am trying to make a master password collection from different documents based on a unique user id.
