Hi,
I create an Annual Leave report which shows employees across the organisation who are have an excess of Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, or Leave in Lieu as per the report below. The problem is that some of the figures change when I send them to other people, as we do a trend analysis to see if people have been taking leave, etc. Therefore I have to use links to other files as in the columns for July, June, etc.
The report below does not show any issue, however the actual formula on the screen is showing a link the C:\ on the Local PC in which the report was created. Is that the issue? Here is an example of the formula in D3 in the Annual Leave worksheet
As stated, the error does not show in the attachment I have uploaded, but on another manager I have sent the report to he got the following (Sorry about the pasting of the table);![]()

Name Aug 15 Days July 15 Days June 15 Days May 15 Days Apr 15 Days Mar 15 Days Responsible
Shane Crawford 45.31 44.77 24.24 40.92 39.38 37.85
The June Days show on his PC as 24.24, where as on mine, they show in Cell D5 as 42.46. Is there a way around this issue, or should I, when creating these links to prior months, just use the special paste function to eliminate any problems?
Thanks in advance for any assistance![]()
