Need help with excel data and plenty of sheets...

hi to all... i am new on this forum... today is my frist day...
i need help from people who know work with excel but much better then i know now...

sorry for my bad english...

what i need is the next...

i have about 20 sheats in my excel, first sheet i called base, in that sheet must be all data from other sheets what i insert...
in base sheet i have 7 columns, in first column is the names, i have about 560 rows in that first column... and other 6 columns / rows must be linked to that first column... and what i need to do now... when i add data every day on my other sheets all columns / rows changing their place, can i somehow link all my other sheets to that first base sheet, because i must have calculations on that first sheet...

now i must all this data put on other sheets, but i need on the first sheet see calculations of all other sheets i create... and if on other sheets some name is changed or added... that data must change on base sheet..

i hope so that someone will understand what i mean... its hard to me to explain...

i know only in excel all rows and columns can be monitor... but i dont know how to do that.. and if one sheet have on a1 have name John with all data in that row... and new sheet doesent have that name,excel can moitor all that and fill the blank rows... hmm... if someone cant understand what i need... you can ask me.. no problem i will try to explain better
