This sumif doesn't return proper values:
The sumif is located in cell AB2 but returns a value of zero

Cells E143 and E162 calculate to a value of 80
Cells I143 and I162 calculate to a value of 3 each
Is there something wrong with the cell format?

=SUMIF($E$3:$E$403,"=80",$I$3:$I$403)
