Countif formula help needed

On the attached worksheet i wish to count the occurrences of the letters l & v in col G according to criteria in cols A,D,E,the results given in col J.The formula i have in col j just counts the l values.The desired result is shown in col K.There are some blank cells in col G and the number of rows are not restricted to 20.

Try to use:

J2 --> =COUNTIFS(A:A,A2,D:D,D2,E:E,E2,G:G,"l") + COUNTIFS(A:A,A2,D:D,D2,E:E,E2,G:G,"v")
