Search sheet, compile/format data into one cell

I have been endlessly trying to figure out a formula that searches my data sheet for relative information and compile this data into a specific format. I have come up short on all attempts. I attached an example spreadsheet that shows my desired end result. Please help.

Could you specify what are your results based on? Why is A-1 (-2) 3" APPLE, what about ORANGE? Not sure I really understand the logic behind it

EDIT: Ah it seems to be negative values, I don't know why I did not catch that, never mind
