Which kind of error you are getting???

My formula already works.
Solved.
If there is going to be a match for B1 in A, it will be the same as the value of B1 - so you are asking Excel simply to divide C1 by B1. The VLOOKUP is doing nothing.
Please attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is enough data to demonstrate your need. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary. Remember to remove ALL confidential information first!!!
