a little help on a formula

ive tried and tried with this , and it wont seem to work

i realise im doing something silly but i cant see what ...its been a looong week

this is my companies despatch log - we basically have a utilization figure % which is how many pallets we loaded divided by how many spaxes where available

so column AI = Q / AH
i have another column i would like to throw into the mix thou

i would like AI to = Q +R / AH

everytime i do it the utilization figure goes sky high
