Formula needed to return total at month end date - Prepayments

Hi,

I'm sure this is a very easy fix but I'm no very experienced in using excel. I am trying to create an automated prepayment spreadsheet that will return the remaining balance in the account when you update the month end date. See attached spreadsheet:
