Question Calculating Time worked in both decimal and time format.

    Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help with a timesheet spreadsheet I am creating for my wife. She has just started working for an agency and has to submit two timesheets, one with total hours and minutes and one with decimal hours in total and day by day. Neither of us are very good at converting decimal hours to time.

I have attached the sheet to demonstrate. She will input her hours worked into the yellow cells. Each day results in a decimal total with a weekly decimal total in C, I also need a hh:mm format total in column D.

Column C is the decimal hours worked and sums the totals of the days worked and if the total for a day exceeds 6hours it subtracts 0.5hrs as a break. This column works fine (although I suspect the formula is a bit messy).

I am trying to get Column D to be the same as Column C but displayed in hh:mm format if anyone can help with that?

Thanks in advance for any help - in the past you have been invaluable!
