Change the cells with functions to be filled with the value it returns, then lock the Row

Hi all
nice to see you again,,

I need your help in the following, please:

I have an Excel sheet with macros and functions which returns values from other sheets, so the cells with functions returns values but it of course still contains functions,,

What I need to do is as follows:
I have a cell with Date, if the system date = the cell with date + 7, lock the entire row for being edited, and change the cells with functions to its values that returned.

Hope to find a way to do so.

You would need a VBA procedure to do this.
