Colour of Individual alphabets inside a cell by conditional

Please find the attached 2010 Version Excel file.

Is it possible to color the alphabets by inside the cell by conditional formatting.

Conditional Formatting applies to the whole cell, not to parts of it.

I think conditional formatting can't do it but macro can be the solution.
