Highlighting Cells

I need to highlight 1 cell below the "TRAY OF 38 POTTED PLANTS". "TRAY OF 38 POTTED PLANTS" will already be highlighted in yellow, so how can I highlight one cell below it? My list is pretty long. Here's example:
