Using attached workbook, Need formula in cell O2 that states, If I2="",then O2="",If I2<>"",O2=I2+60 days following current month that we are in. So, if date was July 15, date that would go into O2 would be 60 days plus the last day in July. If, K2 has a date entered in it, then O2 becomes K2 plus 365. If J2 = 7, the O2 = closed.

Not sure where the "plus 365" comes from, but try this...
=IF(I2="","",EOMONTH(I2,0)+60)
