COUNTIFS issue

Hello,

=COUNTIFS(Master!M:M,{"BME","CE","CHE","CPE","DET","EE","ME"})

This is the formula I am having issues with. It seems to be only counting the first two or three criteria.("BME","CE","CHE")

Any advice is helpful and thank you in advance.
