    m3=IF(COUNTA(D3:L3),IF(SUM(COUNTIF(D3:L3,B3:C3))=COUNTA(D3:L3),"Y","N"),"")
    Try this array formula and copy towards down (Confirm with Shift+Ctrl+Enter)
