    Unique No with conditions

    Hi to All,

    I am facing a problem with
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IF(Data!$BL$3:$BL$4823="FC",INDEX(Data!$B$3:$B$3189,MATCH(0,COUNTIFS(Sheet1!$B$3:B3,Data!$B$3:$B$3189),0)))
    Please help out me.
