I need some help with calculating hours worked during various shift times

    I need some help with calculating hours worked during various shift times

    I would appreciate some help with calculating the following;

    Shift patterns Mon-Thurs.
    1. 06:30-22:30 = Normal hours
    2. 22:30-06:30 = Night Shift hours
    3. Friday night after midnight changes to Saturday hours.
    4. Midnight Saturday changes to Sunday hours.
    5. Monday morning 06:30 changes back to normal daily hours as No:1 above.

    Any advise would be greatly received.

    Can you upload a worksheet that shows us how your data is laid out? (Go Advanced>Manage Attachments)

    substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
