Copy a cell 5 times

Hey guys,

so I have an Excel sheet and I have a table where it shows the weekly demand in one cell. E.g Cell C3 = 500, D3= 600 and so on.
Now I need to have the daily demand for the weekdays so it would be 500:5 for week one and so
So in the new sheet it would be like C3= 100, D3=100 and so on
And after 7 rows (including weekend but there is no demand) it should devide 600 by 5
Anyone got a formel for that?
Another solution would be to copy C3,D3 etc. 5 times into a new row.
Maybe thats easier todo?

It would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook, and in that you could explain more clearly what you would like to achieve. The yellow banner at the top of the screen gives details of how to do this.
