    Lookups?

    Looking for help to analyse the different comps by Month on the second sheet of the attached work books. I think I need a lookup but not sure....

    If you post a workbook with some sample data and the results you want it will be so much easier to understand what you want and help you.

    Download the workbook and see if this works for you. It assumes the row where TOTAL COMP is won't change. If it will let me now and I'll include that.
    Formula looks like this:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =SUMIF(INDIRECT("'"&$A4&" "&$B$1&"'!B2:MO2");B$3;INDIRECT("'"&$A4&" "&$B$1&"'!B8:MO8"))
