If you cannot work with an unprotected workbook during validation (for our validations, we are given two copies of the workbook, one protected and one unprotected so that we can do things like trace dependents and precedents, etc.), the last suggestion would be to do screenshots and paste them landscape into Word. Then you can print the Word doc.
