My technique of find and replace and then wrap text didnt work?

I also work in a regulated environment. I use all of these techniques including the FORMULATEXT function and the VBA. You're not testing to see if Excel Functions do what they say they do, just that the way you have it set up works the way you expect it to (subtle difference). The FORMULATEXT function or even the macro are tools that do not need to be validated in and of themselves.
