Double Vlookup if/then

Hi,

i have a complicated vlookup/index/match .. whatever formula will work,

On my sheet "Main", column A, i have a list of phone numbers, so lets say 555-555-5555, this number is also in worksheet "ListeALL" in column N.

i need a value return on both condition...

In sheet "ListeAll", if column b = FÉVRIER and column N = (phone number in MAIN column A), then return me the Value in column F

8191245784 (FORMULA TO RETURN VALUE AN if A is met in LISTEALL N and FÉVRIER in B)
